Data Usage Policy

Karpilo products may use user-provided operational data to calculate estimates, preserve saved records, improve product reliability, support users, enforce access limits, and maintain account continuity.

Operational data may include load inputs, fuel assumptions, mileage, deadhead, overhead, deductions, profile settings, saved results, post-trip actuals, and support context.

Records may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period after cancellation or inactivity for security, audit, support, legal, tax, billing, backup, and dispute handling needs.

Account deletion requests may remove or de-identify user-controlled records where legally and technically feasible, while preserving records required for fraud prevention, billing, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
